CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2022

More than 150 air traffic management and aviation industry leaders from across the Asia Pacific Region gathered at the Vivanta Goa, Panaji Hotel in Goa, India, for the CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2022. Kindly hosted by Airports Authority India, the conference ran from Tuesday 1 to Thursday 3 November. Our theme this year was Think Global, Collaborate Regional, Accomplish Local.

Introduction to our conference

With air travel recovering, it is now time to look beyond COVID-19 and to the future. The Global Council for Complete Air Traffic System (CATS) was initiated by CANSO to formulate the vision of the future skies. Building on that CATS vision, Asia Pacific ANSPs can step up collaboration to realise our potential in a cost-effective manner. The CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2022 will be the start of that exciting process, and tackle such crucial subjects as regional collaboration, sustainability, and embracing and exploiting technology.
