Aviation industry leaders to explore the future of the industry in Asia Pacific at seminal hybrid event

Schiphol, The Netherlands, 13 May 2021 – Air traffic management industry organisation, CANSO, is to welcome aviation industry leaders to the first hybrid CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2021, hosted by NiuSky Pacific Limited (formerly known as PNG Air Services) in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, and online, on 19 and 20 May 2021.

The CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2021 will gather air traffic management’s (ATM) key decision-makers and influencers in the region alongside industry stakeholders to discuss the crucial challenges facing aviation as it recovers and rebuilds from the COVID-19 pandemic. The conference will be hosted in-person in Port Moresby and livestreamed online. The event is supported by lead sponsor Aireon, and sponsors Atech, Cirium, Frequentis and Thales.

The conference will be officially opened by Papua New Guinea’s Minister for Civil Aviation, the Hon. Sekie Agisa and feature in-depth panel discussions with representatives from Airservices Australia, ATMB CAAC, FAA, AirNav Indonesia, Airways New Zealand, CAAS and AEROTHAI.

The regional event is open to all in the industry, including representatives from ANSPs, suppliers, airlines, airports and other industry stakeholders.
