22/04/2026

Registration is now open for the CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2026, taking place from 7–9 July in Da Nang, Vietnam, hosted by Vietnam Air Traffic Management (VATM).

Bringing together Air Navigation Service Providers, regulators, and industry leaders from across the region and beyond, the Conference will focus on accelerating the implementation of air navigation services modernisation and unlocking opportunities through regional collaboration at a critical time for aviation growth.

With air traffic in Asia Pacific projected to grow significantly over the coming decades, the need to build capacity and capability—safely, efficiently and in a harmonised way—has never been greater. The Conference will explore regional approaches to modernisation, including lessons from Europe, the development of common situation pictures (CSPs), and contributions to ICAO’s Minimum Implementation Path (MIP) for global interoperability.

Poh Theen Soh, Director, Asia Pacific Affairs, CANSO, said: “The Asia Pacific region is at the forefront of aviation growth, and with that comes both opportunity and responsibility. This Conference provides a vital platform for ANSPs and industry partners to come together, share experience, and align on the practical steps needed to modernise our airspace. By strengthening regional collaboration, we can ensure our skies are ready to meet future demand safely and efficiently.”
