Indra completes the purchase of Park Air and reinforces its position as a global benchmark for aerospace and defence communications

Indra has become the world’s leading provider of ground-to-air communications systems for the air traffic, aerospace and defence businesses after completing the acquisition of the British Park Air company from Northrop Grumman.

To mark the occasion, Indra chairman Marc Murtra took part in a celebratory event at the headquarters of Indra Park Air in London, at which he highlighted that “this operation will consolidate Indra’s position in the United Kingdom as a leading technological company in critical sectors and boost its presence in strategic markets. We’re stronger today and we have greater engineering and production capabilities for complex systems to meet the demands of our customers.”
