The number of flights managed by ENAIRE in January was 6.2 per cent higher than in 2024, a record year
ENAIRE, Spain’s air navigation service provider, managed over 160,000 flights (160,323) in January, 6.2 per cent more than in the same month in 2024, a record year.
Overflights grow by eight per cent, international flights by 6.4 per cent and domestic flights by 3.6 per cent compared to the same month last year
The increase in air traffic in Spain in January compared to the same month last year exceeds the European average of 5.2 per cent, by one percentage point, although the difference in recovery compared to 2019 has risen by 16.6 per cent.
