Jotron successfully completed the implementation of advanced ATC recording solutions for PANSA
Jotron, a global leader in advanced communication systems, secured a significant contract in partnership with Polish technology company INNERGO in January 2025. The contract was signed following an open tender issued by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) to modernise recording systems at 14 airports across the country. Jotron has supplied its state-of-the-art Ricochet voice recording system, along with screen recording capabilities.

Together with prime contractor INNERGO, Jotron implemented Ricochet voice and screen recording systems at key Air Traffic Control (ATC) centers and international airports, including Warsaw, GdaĆsk, KrakĂłw, Katowice, and PoznaĆ.
The solution comprised 14 local recording systems equipped with integrated replay functionality and a centralised, advanced replay platform installed at PANSAâs Area Control Center (ACC) in Warsaw. This architecture enabled secure, remote access and replay from all connected airports, significantly improving coordination, situational awareness, and operational efficiency across the national air traffic control infrastructure.
