25/04/2025

CANSO, in collaboration with the SESAR Engage 2 Network and Firstfruits Services, is proud to announce the return of Tomorrow’s Voices, an exclusive initiative aimed at inspiring and empowering the next generation of air traffic management (ATM) professionals.

Following a successful launch in 2024, Tomorrow’s Voices will once again take place at Airspace World 2025, the world’s largest ATM event. This year’s edition promises even more impactful experiences for young professionals, as the industry continues to face pressing challenges in talent attraction and retention.

Tomorrow’s Voices is open to young professionals and graduates aged 20 to 30 who register to attend Airspace World. Participants will engage in a range of immersive, career-building activities designed to deepen their understanding of the ATM sector and forge meaningful connections with industry leaders.

Highlights of the 2025 Programme Include:

  • Panel Sessions: Dynamic discussions that connect emerging voices with senior industry leaders, exploring the future of ATM technology, career development, and workforce transformation.
  • Chief Executives’ & Young Professionals’ Breakfast: A unique networking forum where young talent meets top decision-makers in an informal, idea-sharing setting.
  • Inspirational Tours: First-hand exposure to ATM operations, offering real-world insights into the industry’s challenges and innovations.
  • Skills Workshops: Hands-on sessions that focus on essential career and personal development skills tailored to the aviation environment.

“The aviation industry stands at a crossroads where attracting and developing new talent is more important than ever,” said Angy Odysseos, Media Relations Manager at CANSO. “Tomorrow’s Voices is about more than just careers – it’s about shaping a community of future leaders who will take airspace management into a new era.”

Organisations across the aviation sector are encouraged to support the initiative by registering young colleagues to participate, and promoting the opportunity within their networks.

In addition, CANSO is conducting a short survey to hear directly from young professionals about what drives their passion for aviation. Last year, over 90% said it’s their passion that keeps them in the industry. This year, Tomorrow’s Voices wants to explore that further.
