New myCANSO page to support Member focal points
CANSO has launched a new page on myCANSO dedicated to supporting its Member Focal Points — the key individuals appointed by each organisation to maintain a strong and effective relationship with CANSO.
The Focal Point Zone brings together everything focal points need in one place:
- A clear overview of the Focal Point role and responsibilities
- A dedicated section highlighting the current requests and actions where we need their help
- Easy access to forms to update an organisation’s information, leadership details, key contacts, and CANSO Member directory listings
- A simple way to nominate colleagues to CANSO workgroups and task forces
- Easy to download CANSO Member Marks for use on organinsations websites and other materials
- Quick links to support from the CANSO team
Simon Hocquard, President and CEO, CANSO, said: “The Focal Point role is vital in ensuring a strong and effective relationship that helps our Member organisations maximise the benefits of their CANSO Membership. I encourage Focal Points to check the page regularly for updates, and to use it as a tool to make their role easier, and their relationship with CANSO as good as it can be.”
While designed for Focal Points, the page is open to all myCANSO users who want to better understand the role and how to work with their organisation’s focal point.
