Preparations for Airspace World 2026 are gathering pace, with just under two weeks remaining to submit proposals to speak at the world’s leading global airspace and ATM event, taking place in Lisbon.

Airspace World 2026 will bring together more than 7,000 aviation professionals from across the global aviation ecosystem, offering a unique platform to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and help shape the future of airspace. The Call for Content is open to all industry professionals with insights and bold ideas that can drive meaningful discussion and practical progress across ATM, UTM, digitalisation, sustainability, drones and new air mobility.

The conference programme is designed to reflect real-world challenges and opportunities facing the industry, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation and implementation. Successful submissions will contribute to a diverse and globally representative agenda, connecting voices from across regions and disciplines. Proposals that include audience engagement are highly encouraged, in order to aid in driving onsite conversation forward.

All proposals will be carefully reviewed, with decisions communicated after the closing date.

Samantha Hawrysko, Airspace World Content Manager, said: “Airspace World is where the global airspace community comes together to share experience, challenge thinking and collectively shape the future of our skies. With more than 7,000 professionals expected in Lisbon, being a speaker in one of our theatres presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a truly global conversation and help drive real progress across our industry.”

Those interested in speaking at Airspace World 2026 are encouraged to submit their proposals before the deadline and be part of one of the most influential conversations in global aviation.
