Safer, smarter skies over Vietnam with FREQUENTIS monitoring system
Ho Chi Minh ATCC is responsible for one of Southeast Asia’s busiest flight information regions, forming a vital corridor for international routes connecting Asia, Europe, and Australia. Frequentis will deliver its advanced network management system (A-NMS) as the technical monitoring system (TMS) for the Ho Chi Minh ATCC project, providing the tools needed to keep pace with rising airspace demands while upholding safety standards. Â

As air traffic becomes increasingly complex, air navigation service providers (ANSPs) face growing challenges in monitoring and managing their network infrastructure, especially evaluating the influence on their most critical services. The A-NMS solution from Frequentis clearly addresses this need. It monitors infrastructure elements related to voice and data traffic, offers real-time insights and shows unique status views of each safety-critical service. Unlike conventional monitoring systems, this enables technical teams to prioritise tasks and mitigate problems before they affect operational traffic.
The system is designed to monitor multiple different services – radio (HF/VHF), telephony, radars, and automatic dependent surveillance – broadcast among others. It is fully scalable both in size and scope, ensuring easy adaptation to future expansions and adaptations in the customer’s infrastructure landscape – securing the investments and ensuring smooth operations.
