Registration for Airspace World 2026 now open
Registration is now open for Airspace World 2026, the global meeting point for the airspace community, taking place from 26–28 May 2026 in Lisbon.
Bringing together more than 7,000 airspace and aviation professionals, Airspace World 2026 will convene ANSPs, ATM and ATC professionals, industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from around the world to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of our skies. Delivered by CANSO, Airspace World provides a unique platform to share insight, exchange expertise, and explore practical solutions for safer, smarter, and more sustainable airspace.

Delegates are invited to start their Airspace World experience at the Opening Reception, taking place on Monday, 25 May, from 19:00–21:00 at the Multiuse Pavilion, FIL, located next to the main exhibition hall. This informal evening offers a relaxed setting to reconnect with colleagues, meet new contacts, and begin conversations that continue throughout the event week.
The Opening Reception is a ticketed event with limited availability. Early-bird tickets are available at €229 and can be booked during registration. Early-bird pricing ends on Thursday, 12 March, after which tickets will cost €265.
To support travel planning, delegates are encouraged to book accommodation through bnetwork, the official Airspace World hotel partner, offering preferred rates and conveniently located hotels close to the venue.
