This paper was produced by CANSO and Think Research to help Asia Pacific Full Members quicken the pace of ATM modernisation by leveraging digital solutions and new opportunities for collaboration. The process involved surveys and interviews with Asia Pacific Full Members and the industry, culminating in a brainstorming retreat in Bali in July 2023 involving the senior management of the Asia Pacific Full Members.
