Regional Focus: Introducing the CADENCE Operational Information System in Africa

CANSO has partnered with CGH Technologies to provide an Operational Information System (OIS), a web application platform for information exchange. The CANSO ATFM Data Exchange Network for Cooperative Excellence (CADENCE) Task Force supports regional ATFM implementation and improvements through use of the OIS. The OIS facilitates information sharing and promotes common situational awareness to improve collaborative decision-making (CDM) – an important component of ATFM – among ANSPs and stakeholders worldwide.
This webinar provided an in-depth overview of the CADENCE OIS offered to the Africa region, how it was developed and used in other regions, and what benefits it could bring to ANSPs and other industries in the aviation sector.
