Croatia has successfully installed Jotron Ricochet recorder systems
Jotron AS, a leading manufacturer of professional communication systems for land, sea and air safety, has supplied voice recording and replay systems to six airports across Croatia. Jotron and Croatia Control entered into a contract in 2020 and the project was successfully completed in December last year.
In addition to Ricochet ambient recording, complete dual digital recording and replay systems are in operation at Pula, Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik and Rijeka airports, as well as a central system in the capital Zagreb. The Ricochet recorder ensures synchronised replay of all recorded ATC data and allows an unlimited number of channels to be recorded simultaneously. The recording software is well engineered and flexible, enabling configurations to be the correct fit for each installation.
Croatia Control is the national provider of air navigation services.
“We are proud to have been selected by Croatia Control and to have been given the opportunity to assist inthe enhancement of air traffic safety in the country,” says Nenad Jankovic, Director Regional Sales ATC, Jotron (pictured below).
