Meet our speaker

Siu Min graduated from Imperial College London and Ecole Nationale Superieure D’Aeronautique et de l’Espace Toulouse with a Master in Aeronautical Engineering.

She started her career in the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) promoting foreign direct investment in the Engineering sector. She moved on to Eagle Services Asia, a joint venture between Pratt & Whitney and Singapore Airlines Engineering Company, as Regional Marketing Manager for aircraft engine maintenance services. This was followed by Rolls-Royce (Civil Aerospace) in the United Kingdom, addressing market & fleet analysis for airline customers in Asia-Pacific.

She then joined Thales in Singapore as Business Development Director, developing strategic business and key account plans to address new customers and markets, and managing Sales Operations in Southeast Asia across the diverse portfolio of Thales business units ranging from Air Traffic Management, Ground Transportation, Homeland and Cyber Security.

She is currently working at Viasat developing the satellite-based Aircraft Operations & Safety and Advanced Air Mobility businesses and managing key accounts and partnerships in Asia-Pacific.
