Friddah Mutheu is an Aerodrome Controller at Wilson Airport, managing high-density airspace in one of East and Central Africa’s busiest general aviation hubs. With close to a year of active ATC experience and a background in aviation management, she is currently pursuing her MBA.
Beyond the huge windows, Friddah is a dedicated volunteer with Girls in Aviation Africa (GIAA), where she mentors high school girls and exposes them to the endless career possibilities in aviation. She is passionate about operational excellence, psychological safety, and building strong, collaborative youth networks.
