Meet our speaker

Christelle is an Air Traffic Controller with ASECNA, as well as an Air Traffic Control Instructor and Assessor, with experience in aerodrome and approach control. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Aviation, with a particular interest in Safety Management.

Alongside her operational and instructional roles, she supports and mentors young people in developing their general and aviation English skills. She also mentors young people aspiring to join the aviation community and creates educational content to make aviation careers and pathways into the industry more visible and accessible.

Christelle is passionate about talent development and creating stronger connections between the next generation of aviation professionals and the industry.
