Applications Open for the Second CANSO–ERAU Executive Leadership Certificate Programme

Following the success of its inaugural cohort, applications are now open for the second CANSO–Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) Executive Leadership Certificate Programme – an exclusive leadership development opportunity created specifically for CANSO’s airspace community.

Developed by ERAU and tailored for CANSO Members, the seven-month programme equips senior managers, emerging leaders and high-potential professionals with the mindset, strategic thinking and practical skills needed to lead organisations through an increasingly complex and fast-changing aviation environment.

Participants will complete six online modules covering leadership, strategic planning, data analytics, brand management, budgeting and finance, and crisis management, before concluding the programme with a three-day graduation experience at ERAU’s Daytona Beach campus.

A graduate of the first cohort, Deano Ledford, Director Air Traffic Management, Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority, said: “This programme challenged me to think differently about leadership and gave me practical tools that I was able to apply immediately within my organisation.
