Meet our speaker

Marian is MovingDot’s lead consultant in human performance in ATM with over 25 years of experience. Marian joined MovingDot in 2020 after a long career at ATC The Netherlands (LVNL). Her focus is on the human in the operation, and especially competence, training, workload and fatigue management. Since 2018, Marian focuses on putting fatigue risk management in ATC in practice in compliance with ICAO and EASA regulation, from an operation, organisational and stakeholder perspective and especially supports small and medium sized ANSPs. Since 2022, Marian is co-chair of the CANSO human performance management workgroup.
