Happy International Women’s Day

To mark the International Women’s Day (8 March) we celebrate the remarkable women who are driving progress in aviation and air traffic management.

Across our industry, women are leading change, challenging the status quo, and shaping the future of aviation. Over the past year, we’ve been inspired by the women who took the stage at Airspace World 2024, the CANSO Asia Pacific Conference, CANSO Africa Conference, and CANSO Latin America and Caribbean Conference, sharing their expertise, vision, and leadership.

A standout moment was the ‘Women in Aviation Breakfast’, hosted by ATNS in Cape Verde, where industry leaders came together to champion greater inclusion and equity in aviation.

At CANSO, we are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive industry through initiatives like our newly created Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) working group and Tomorrow’s Voices, which empower and engage the next generation of aviation professionals.
