Theatre programme launched for Airspace Asia Pacific 2025
The theatre programme for Airspace Asia Pacific 2025, taking place from 9–11 December 2025 at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong, has now been launched. This year’s theatres will bring together thought leaders and industry innovators to tackle the most pressing challenges and opportunities in air traffic management (ATM), aviation integration, and future airspace design.
The conference and theatre sessions will examine in detail the themes of sustainability, digitalisation, seamless operations, and future innovation. The various discussions and presentations will help delegates accelerate progress across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond by sharing best practice, and inspiring action.
Programme Highlights
- CATS CONOPS 2045 – Shaping the Future Skies
Tuesday 9 December, 12:30–13:20, Frequentis Theatre
An exploration of the Complete Air Traffic System (CATS) Concept of Operations, its 2045 vision for airspace management, and the roadmap for automation, service delivery, and collaborative innovation. - Shared Airspace – Seamless Integration of Uncrewed and Manned Aviation
Tuesday 9 December, 15:00–15:50, Theatre 1

Driving the conversation
Agnes Krishik, Airspace World show director, said: “The theatre programme will feature more than two dozen sessions, bringing together senior leaders, policymakers, and technical experts from across the global aviation community. Together, they will address everything from the seamless integration of new entrants into airspace, to harnessing digitalisation and automation, to ensuring air traffic management is equipped for future growth and sustainability demands.
“Airspace Asia Pacific 2025 is set to be a pivotal moment for aviation in the region – a platform for showcasing innovation, strengthening collaboration, and setting the course for the skies of tomorrow.”
