Returning to Service after a Cyber Incident

While we do all we can to prevent becoming a victim of a cyber attack, the reality is that even the best defences can be breached, for a variety of reasons. In this session, we talk through a potential scenario of discovering an attack which impacts service, and the steps needed to recover from that situation.

Session Objectives:
Understanding how to regain confidence in technical systems, system management processes and cyber defences after falling victim to a cyber attack; Setting expectations for what needs to be considered when take the decision to re-enter service, and techniques we can use to turn a bad day into a learning experience.
