Global Air Navigation Services Performance Report – 2016-2020

The CANSO Global Air Navigation Services (ANS) Performance Report is produced annually by CANSO’s Global Benchmarking Workgroup (GBWG) with the support of Egis.

This year’s report provides data for 52 ANSPs and contains performance indicators for the year 2020, along with trend data between 2016 and 2020.

In this edition, we look back on performance in 2020 at how participating ANSPs were affected by the pandemic and how it reflects in our key performance metrics. In addition, we look

at specific feedback from CANSO members on how their businesses have changed and what the pandemic means for resiliency and ANSPs’ ability to mitigate the effect of similar challenges in the future.
