NAV Portugal celebrates FPD service certification anniversary

NAV Portugal has celebrated the first anniversary of its most recent air navigation service: the FPD (Flight Procedure Design) service.

This service, certified and developed by the Airspace and Procedure Design Department, is responsible for the restructure and modernisation of the Portuguese airspace, in line with ICAO’s and European Commission’s strategic orientations, improving safety, efficiency, sustainability and the constant innovation of the air navigation system.
