The foundation of ATFM – collaborative decision making (CDM)

In the first of a three-part workshop series, we will focus on one of the most important foundations of ATFM and A-CDM operations: the concept of collaborative decision making (CDM).

CDM enables all members of the ATM community to collaborate in a decision-making process that ensures the best outcome based on equity and access. It is an important basis upon which collaborative ATFM and A-CDM processes are built. In this episode, we will learn what CDM is, why it is important, and how CDM culture can be introduced into the national and regional ATM environment.
