ENAIRE partners with ICAO to launch Fundamentals and Planning of Air Navigation Services Specialist course

ICAO and ENAIRE have come together to offer an exclusive course for Air Navigation Service staff, airlines, airport managers, regulators, military authorities, meteorology providers and other industry professional and consultants to help them acquire technical knowledge, strategic vision, and analytical skills to navigate the challenges of the evolving air navigation services sector.

The virtual course, with classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, runs from 8 April to 10 July. Those who register will:

  • Identify ANS requirements demanded by air transport users.
  • Explain the interaction between different ANS components, including technical and human means.
  • Characterise the air navigation institutional framework, functions, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Understand the legal framework applicable to air navigation services globally and regionally.
  • Describe technical and institutional measures to improve ANS and cope with existing challenges.

The course normally costs $3,600 but is currently available for those who register by 30 March, for $3,000[P61] .
