DSNA launches its first, business application in its Cloud environment

The operational launch of the DIAPASON application in DSNA’s Cloud environment on July at Paris and Marseille ACCs marks the first concrete step in deploying business applications within this type of architecture. This milestone aligns with the DSNA 2030 strategic plan.

DIAPASON delivers operational documentation to en-route control centers (ACCs) on an ergonomic, tablet-based platform. It ensures reliable information access for controllers, who can now digitally submit Reporting Forms on the safety events, replacing slower paper-based processes.

Migrating to the Cloud brings key benefits:

  • High availability and enhanced resilience, enabled by redundancy mechanisms, backups, and real-time monitoring;
  • Automated and industrialized deployments, reducing implementation timeframes;
  • Improved scalability to support growing data volumes and future needs;
  • Simplified distribution to control centers through centralized deployment.

The pilot-project’s success was made possible by close collaboration between development and operations teams, and Cloud experts. This milestone furthers DSNA’s shift toward modular, interoperable, and maintainable systems architectures — with other applications already following DIAPASON’s lead.
