Meet our speaker

Saifon has served in AEROTHAI’s Safety Management Department since 2012 and became its head in 2023. She began her career in software development, policy and planning, before joining the Monitoring Agency for Asia Region (MAAR), one of the Asia Pacific Regional Monitoring Agencies (RMAs) – agencies that support states on RVSM safety oversight.

In 2018, she was appointed Chairperson of the Regional Airspace Safety Monitoring Advisory Group (RASMAG), an APANPIRG body responsible for facilitating the safe implementation of reduced separation minima in the Asia and Pacific Regions. She currently leads both the AEROTHAI Safety Management System (SMS) team and MAAR team and represents AEROTHAI in CANSO and various ICAO safety-related workgroups.
