Meet our speaker

Rohan is a dynamic and self-motivated executive with extensive domestic and international experience in aviation management. He served 31 years in the transportation industry, with 26 years focusing on civil aviation. He has dedicated 16 years to aviation management, specializing in economic regulation and air navigation services. For the past 13 years, he has served as an executive, leading strategic and operational initiatives in air navigation services. Rohan’s academic credentials encompass Air Traffic Control, Business Management, a Master of Science in Aviation Management, and a Master in Law from the UK.

Rohan is the Vice Chair of the ICAO North America, Central America, and Caribbean Air Navigation Working Group and the Chair of the ICAO Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Technical Group – Search & Rescue Working Group.

He is also the Chair of the CANSO Latin America and Caribbean CEO Committee (LAC3), serves on the CANSO Executive Committee (ExCom) as a representative for the LAC region and a member of the CANSO’s Economics and ATS Charges Workgroup. Rohan is committed to further enhancing the robust collaborative partnership that CANSO and its members have built, supporting regional air navigation service providers in delivering essential services to airspace users and reinforcing cooperative endeavors.
