- Maureen Isika is a seasoned Principal Air Traffic Management Officer at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority with 18years of experience.
- She holds three ATC ratings (Aerodrome, Approach Procedural and Approach Surveillance Control) and currently serves as the Safety Management Systems Coordinator at JKIA.
- Maureen is the Chairperson of the CANSO Africa Safety Workgroup.
- She made history as the first female President of the Kenya Air Traffic Controllers Association (2020–2021).
- She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration in Aviation Management; she champions aviation safety and operational excellence.
