• Maureen Isika is a seasoned Senior Air Traffic Control Officer with over 15 years at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority.
• She holds three ATC ratings and currently serves as the Safety Management Systems Coordinator at JKIA.
• Maureen is the CANSO Focal Point for KCAA and Chairperson of the CANSO Africa Safety Workgroup.
• She made history as the first female President of the Kenya Air Traffic Controllers Association (2020–2021).
• With a background in Computer Science and ongoing MBA studies, she champions aviation safety and operational excellence.
