Kevin Haggerty

Mr. Haggerty serves as the Director of International Collaboration & Global Aviation Solutions for Collins Aerospace. Mr. Haggerty retired from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) after a 32-year career that started as an air traffic controller at the Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center in 1988 and has held several management and senior management positions at FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC. Recently, Mr. Haggerty has been working with the U.S. Safe Skies for Africa program in an effort for the FAA Air Traffic Organization to better partner with African Aviation Authorities, Air Navigation Service Providers, and international organizations to harmonize service provision to ensure safe and efficient air navigation.
He previously served as the official ATO/FAA representative based in Brussels, Belgium to the Paris office of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for the North Atlantic and European Planning and Implementation groups, EUROCONTROL, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) responsible for coordinating and delivering official FAA positions and efforts to promote global air navigation safety and harmonization.
Mr. Haggerty was the FAA Air Traffic Organizations lead partner with African Aviation Authorities, Air Navigation Service Providers, and international organizations to harmonize service provision to enhance safe and efficient air navigation in Africa.
