Meet our speaker

Kapri Kupper is the Principal Subject Matter Expert and Director of Customer Experience at Metron Aviation with more than 30 years of experience in air traffic flow management (ATFM), collaborative decision-making (CDM), and international operational collaboration.

She previously served as the FAA’s National Operations Manager at the Air Traffic Control System Command Center and led the development of the FAA’s initial ATFM and CDM concepts, procedures, requirements, and implementation. She was twice awarded the FAA Administrator’s Award of Excellence for leadership in advancing FAA–Industry collaboration.

Ms. Kupper served as CANSO’s Operations Program Manager, where she worked closely with regional stakeholders in the development and implementation of CADENA, the CANSO ATFM Data Exchange Network for the Americas, bringing together ANSPs across Latin America and the Caribbean to support regional information sharing and collaborative decision-making.

Today, Ms. Kupper serves as Project Manager for COMPASS, a joint CANSO–Metron initiative designed to strengthen regional operational awareness, information sharing, and cross-border collaboration among air navigation service providers worldwide.
