Meet our speaker

Justin Erbacci is Director General of Airports Council International (ACI) World, a role he took on in September 2024. He is a seasoned aviation leader, previously serving as CEO of Airports at NEOM and CEO of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). During his time at LAWA, he held multiple executive roles spanning operations, IT, and commercial strategy. Earlier in his career, he led customer experience and technology at Star Alliance and held senior IT roles at Credit Suisse and United Airlines. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Vienna School of Economics/University of South Carolina, a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Chicago’s School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University of Chicago.
