Josh is a strategic change management consultant who helps organisations navigate transformation with clarity, empathy, and purpose. He is passionate about helping the aviation industry become a true talent magnet and leads NexGen Insights, a tool designed to help aviation organisations understand their Gen Z workforce and take meaningful action to attract and retain the talent they need. Josh has been an active champion of CANSO’s Tomorrow’s Voices programme since its launch in March 2024 and has played a key role in facilitating and presenting the initiative at Airspace World.
