Meet our speaker

• Frank Sendowooza is a seasoned Air Traffic Management Officer with more than 15 years of air traffic control experience at UCAA.
• He holds five (5) ATC ratings and currently serves as the ATM Supervisor (Planning) in the ATM Department under the Air Navigation Services Directorate in Entebbe, where he is part of the team charged with ATM organizational development for the Airspace Management.
• His professional interests lie in strengthening ATS incident investigation and analysis and Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM/CDM) within Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs). He also maintains an active interest in UTM and in the cost basis for air navigation services (ANS) charges, including billing and cost recovery mechanisms.
• He has a background in Mathematics and Physics and holds an MBA from Amity University, India. He champions aviation safety and air navigation planning.
