Airspace Asia Pacific shaping up with five months to go

07/07/2025

With just under six months to go, Airspace Asia Pacific is shaping up to be one of the most important gatherings in Asia Pacific’s long and impressive aviation history.

Being held on 9-11 December in Hong Kong, China, Airspace Asia Pacific will bring together the region’s airspace community to shape how it uses the best technology and processes to deliver safe, seamless, and harmonised future skies.

The event starts, for the leaders of CANSO’s Members in the region, with the CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2025 on Monday 8 December. They will then be joined, on Tuesday 9, Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 December by thousands of other attendees for three days of exhibition and conference.

The call for content for the event’s theatres has already started with aviation thought leaders and exhibitors invited to submit their ideas for discussion and debate on a range of subjects including ATM, UTM, and aviation digitalisation, and engaging with regulators, ANSPs, airlines, and tech innovators.

Similarly the booking of exhibition space is currently ahead of schedule, with over 100 exhibitors expected to sign up by December to showcase their products and services to the expected 2000 attendees.

And to support the event in the region even further, a dedicated Mandarin Chinese website, AirspaceAsiaPacific.cn has been launched. The website enables potential delegates and exhibitors in China and beyond to access easily all the information they need to take part in the Airspace Asia Pacific in an easy and accessible way.

Poh Theen Soh, CANSO’s Director Asia Pacific Affairs said: “As we move into the second half of the year the excitement about Airspace Asia Pacific is beginning to grow. Registration will launch in September, giving everyone in the region the opportunity to sign up to take part in the most important gathering for air navigation service providers, airlines, regulators, technology providers, and the entire airspace ecosystem.”
