Andrea Ranieri is Principal at ALG Global Infrastructure Advisors, the leading aviation consultancy specialising in air traffic management, air navigation services, and regulatory advisory. He holds a Ph.D. in operations research and has spent over two decades working across ICAO regulatory frameworks, ANSP economics, and ATM innovation programs in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribeean. His recent work includes the definition and assessment of UTM architectures at regional and national levels, spanning governance, operations and business models in Europe and Africa.
