Mr. Theophilus Adonis Aryee Ago is an Aviation Safety Expert with over 27 years of experience in Air Traffic Management, Aviation Safety Regulation, and Instrument Flight Procedure Design. He currently serves as Deputy Director General (Technical) at the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority.

He has extensive experience in ATM, PANS-OPS, UAS, Safety-Oversight, Regulatory Compliance, and Incident Investigation. He holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance and a BSc in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He also serves as an expert with ICAO, AFCAC and BAGASOO, contributing to aviation safety and regulatory development across Africa.
