White Paper – Orchestrating Transformation in Our Skies

This white paper is intended for leaders and practitioners across the global ATM community who are responsible for shaping, managing or delivering transformation.

It responds to a specific and pressing challenge: the scale, pace and interdependence of change across ATM are increasing, placing growing demands on organisational capacity, governance and the workforce. It sets out a common framework for orchestrating that transformation safely, one that can be adapted to different operational, organisational and regional contexts.

The paper was convened by the Global ATC Alliance and CANSO, with the active participation of IFATCA, IFATSEA and IFAIMA, and supported by academic and independent experts. It brings together perspectives from across the ATM stakeholder community and explores how transformation can be co-designed and delivered through a people-centred framework.
