Mr. Le Hoang Minh has over 20 years of experience in various key positions within Viet Nam’s transportation sector working in both state-owned enterprises and government authorities.

Prior to his current role as Chairman of VATM, Mr. Minh served as Director of the Infrastructure Department at the Ministry of Transport (currently the Ministry of Construction of Viet Nam)

Since assuming the position of Chairman of the Viet Nam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM), Mr. Minh has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Corporation’s operational efficiency, modernization efforts, and sustainable development, thereby contributing to the advancement of Viet Nam’s aviation industry.
