Conor is founder and CEO of Think Research, the award winning global aviation consultancy. An aviation consultant with over 25 years’ experience, Conor founded Think in 2004 following earlier roles with both NATS and EUROCONTROL.

Since 2004 Conor has grown Think from a start-up to an internationally recognised consultancy known for quality, clarity, delivery and innovation. In 2025 Think was awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise, the highest business honour in the UK and awarded personally by His Majesty King Charles himself.

Conor specialises in ATM modernisation and digitalisation, advising ANSP and airports worldwide on future systems feasibility, procurement and implementation.

Until May 2026, Conor was the longest serving member of the CANSO Board of Directors, elected an three times to serve as the associate (industry) member representative. He currently sits on the CANSO Operations Standing Committee.
