Víctor Martínez holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and has completed executive studies in Business Administration at IE Business School. With an extensive and distinguished professional career, he previously served as Director of ATM for Northern Europe and Canada, with responsibility for EUROCONTROL’s business, as well as Managing Director of the United Kingdom, Norway, and Canadian branches. His exceptional leadership as Director of the iTEC alliance is particularly noteworthy, further reinforced by his broad international experience in the United Kingdom, Brussels, and the Middle East, among other locations.

He currently manages Indra’s ATM division and is responsible for all its operations globally.
