Mr. Anfernee POON is a Senior Operations Officer (Strategic Planning) of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong China, responsible for the strategic planning of the Air Traffic Management Division and the development of A-CDM of Hong Kong International Airport, Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) of Hong Kong FIR. He came into the role with 19 years of experience as an ATCO and as an Approach Supervisor and Flow Manager at the Hong Kong ATC Centre. His areas of expertise are ATFM, A-CDM, capacity & efficiency enhancement initiatives, data analytics and MET-ATM collaboration.
