Ben is the CEO of Firstfruits Services, supporting organisations to translate strategy into tangible change and measurable operational outcomes.
With nearly 25 years of experience across aviation and complex regulated environments, he has worked extensively with ANSPs worldwide on strategic change, innovation, performance improvement, procurement, resilience, and cultural change.
His recent work includes benchmarking and insight-driven initiatives examining how safety culture measurement can meaningfully inform operational momentum and leadership decision-making.
Ben serves as part of the chair team of CANSO’s Strategy and Integration Steering Committee.
