Akiko started her career as an en-route air traffic controller, and while working as an instructor at the Aeronautical Safety College,
she was mainly in charge of TRM(Team resource management) and promoted the revitalization of meetings.
As a senior controller at airports and ACCs, she has utilized her experience in TRM classes to manage her subordinates and has devoted herself to training young controllers.
