Tomorrow’s Voices – Building the Next Generation of ATM Talent in LAC

Tomorrow’s Voices is CANSO’s global initiative, delivered in partnership with the CATS Global Council, to inspire, connect and develop young professionals in aviation and ATM—providing direct access to leaders, real-world insights, and early career opportunities. The programme blends data-driven insights (via an annual survey) with high-impact activities such as CEO–Young Professionals breakfasts, guided tours, panels, workshops and careers networking.

This presentation will explain how LAC members can engage and align Tomorrow’s Voices with regional efforts to help shape a future-ready talent pipeline.
