Tania Helena, Senior Analyst for International Programs at JetBlue Airways. I have been with the company for over nine years, combining a strong foundation in mathematics with a deep commitment to aviation operations. I hold a degree in Mathematics and am currently completing an MBA in Aviation, along with a certification in Aviation Project Management.
In my current role, I ensure compliance with international flight standards, operating permits, and opspec requirements. I work cross-functionally with Legal, International Compliance, Dispatch, System Operations, and other key departments to promote safe and efficient operations. I also support new city launches, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness for successful international expansion.

My work includes optimizing international airspace and route structures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This contributes to improved safety, performance, and coordination across our global network.
