Mark Rios has over 48 years of experience in global aviation, with a distinguished career spanning the U.S. Air Force, FAA, ICAO, and international consulting roles across the Middle East and Caribbean. Currently with Southwest Airlines, he drives initiatives in safety, efficiency, airspace modernization, and space operations across South Florida, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America. A former Air Traffic Manager at Miami Center, Mark is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and the Council for Excellence in Government Fellows Program.
