Mr. Miguel Angel Ortiz Silveira is an outstanding official with 22 years of experience in the air navigation activity in Cuba, graduated in the profession of “Air Traffic Control”. During these years, he has stood out in various areas of work, highlighting his role in Operational Safety Management and Quality Management for Air Navigation Services.
Considering his expertise as ANSP, he served as Supervisor-Instructor for several years in Havana Area Control Center. Nowadays, he takes on the great responsibility of directing this Center, with the commitment to maintain and elevate Operational Safety Management in the Havana FIR every day, through active and effective collaboration among the ANSP of our region.
